Frontier is inspired by founder Michael Gilroy’s travels as an expedition leader around the world. Gilroy’s passion for connecting people with experiences that provoke a sense of discovery led to the creation of a special kind of meeting place reminiscent of a traveler’s crossroads – where stories, ideas and culture interact in a rich and dynamic environment. Frontier is a destination where people gather to explore food, film, music, art and ideas inspired by the world.
Frontier is a food, arts, and cultural destination, featuring a full service Restaurant & Bar, Theater & Café, and Event Venue. Enjoy the Frontier Restaurant by making reservations or simply by walking in. For the most complete Frontier experience, we recommend reservations in our Restaurant 1½ – 2 hours prior to a ticketed event in our Theater or Event Venue. For a coffee or quick snack anytime or during an event, we invite you to visit our Cafe. Reservations and advance ticket purchases are highly recommended.
Frontier’s mission is to cultivate an experience where you may enjoy food, film, music, and art inspired by the world. We are committed to blending fresh local and seasonal ingredients, world flavors, and culinary traditions with engaging events that encourage cultural and community exchange. Frontier welcomes you to come in…and go beyond.
The Frontier motto “Go Beyond” is both an invitation to our community to explore the world through food, arts and culture, as well as a standard we hold of ourselves to continue to push beyond boundaries and positively impact our community through meaningful projects, partnerships, and collaborations.
